Glenn has worked in the maritime industry for the last 30 years. Glenn comes from a very strong shipping background with his family actively involved in various
aspects of the maritime industry.

Glenn started his career in logistics then moved onto container planning at Saflink / Safmarine for approx. 2 years. From there Glenn moved into ships agency where he has 28 years of experience having worked in various ports around South Africa. Glenn has held various management positions over the years and has been exposed to all aspects of bulk cargo operations, break-bulk, liner, project, heavy lift, IMO, OSV management which included crewing, dry-docking, fixtures etc. Glenn has been heavily involved in the agriculture agency sector for the last 15 years.

Glenn is motivated, passionate with a hands on attitude ensuring the interest of our customers always come first and that our service delivery is of the highest standard at all times.

Allan has been in the maritime field for the past 42 years. Allan’s career in shipping started with a short stint at sea before coming ashore in 1986. Allan has been involved in all aspects of ships agency and has held positions in Operational, Commercial and Senior Management with regional and global shipping agencies.

Allan has a strong customer focus and strives to ensure that the commercial requirements of the customer are consistent with operational output provided by the Fairship team.
